Synopsis
Ji Dan, one of the most important female filmmakers in China becomes involved in the lives of the children of a family trying to survive in their jury rigged shanty. What choice do these teens have? When she starts filming, she discovers a father gone crazy and an overwhelmed mother and that the only offer to fund the children studies is at the price of the virginity of the two girls. But, lead by Xia, a girl with incredible will, the children fight to send at least one of them to university and change a fate that offer them only misery and degradation.
