Synopsis
After many years of absence, Samba Félix Ndiaye returns to his hometown, Dakar, to question the Africans themselves about how they see their connent, how they analyse and conceive of the situation and geopolitical setting in Africa today and how they see their future, with regard to the largescale global shake-ups ongoing today.
