Synopsis
Master of collective portraits, Stefano Savona traces the day-byday chronicle of the one-month-long occupation of the Palermo city hall by 20 families of expelled citizens. While portraying a public institution under exceptional circumstances, the movie sheds light on the often ambiguous relations between the citizens and their elected representatives.
