Synopsis
Lolita, Kévin, Hamid, and Thierry, four young people without a degree, are looking for a job. For six months, the advisors of an employment agency are going to teach them both the behaviour and language one has to adopt to become a person ready to enter the labour market. The film reveals how absurd those new game rules are, which range from how attitudes are shaped to the truth about exploitation.
