Synopsis
The reconstructive surgery of the hymen is an increasingly common practice in Tunisia. While this country is considered a model of development and modernity for all Arab and Muslim countries, the requirement of virginity of the bride at her wedding is as valid as ever. Young women facing this problem are left with no choice.
