Synopsis
David Sievking’s mother suffers from Alzheimer’s. The changes in the mother’s mind force the family to deal with their own conflicts. The disease also teaches them new ways to express their feelings and experience intimacy, which eventually brings them closer. For David, the time he spends with his mother becomes a journey through his family history, where the human being, not disease, is at the center of the story.
