Synopsis
The film gives a deeper insight into Lucien Hervé visionary thoughts as an architecture photographer in the first place. The thinking photographer reflects upon his friendship with Le Corbusier and ponders on the architect’s largest and probably most ambitious city planning work, Chandigarh.
