Synopsis
Flames, smokes, milky way, as much elements accelerating and dilating themselves, at the pace of timelapses and slowmotions which ponctuate the movie carried by the squeaking notes of an exhilarated guitar. This video of brutal beauty uses catastrophic effects of climate change as a backdrop to examine the experience of grief and loss. Residential areas, hillsides, Yosemite park, all is prey to flames. The subtle soundwork make the images even more gripping as unfold the five grief steps.
