Synopsis
In the heart of Borneo’s rainforests—one of the oldest and most biodiverse ecosystems on Earth—we encounter the largest tree-dwelling inhabitant of the jungle: the orangutan. We follow Sati and her daughter Huyan, up close, we witness how crucial the strong mother-child bond is for survival. The story reveals the astonishing intelligence of orangutans. The film is a powerful call to protect Borneo’s rainforests—for the future of orangutans and our planet.
