Synopsis

In a house with an unknown location, Charline recounts her post-partum depression and her experiences as a mother, deconstructing the illusory world of perfect motherhood. The house responds to Charline, the décor and surrounding landscapes illustrating the emotions she has experienced.

 

Director's Biography

Bianca-Ioana COSTIN: Bianca is 21 years old and she uses cinema as a way of deconstructing the world that the unspoken hold in place. Her films revolve around themes of maturity, a woman's autonomy over her own body, and the feeling of being in-between.
