Young people often have a different perspective on the world, and we want to allow them to express themselves in this regard by giving them a very special place in the Festival. On Tuesday, March 12, we are organizing a training session on SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) and their place in documentary film with young people from the Athénée Royal de Rixensart and the UNPA (United Nations Association).

On the agenda:

- From 9:30 am to 3 pm, young film lovers at the Athénée Royal in Rixensart have the opportunity to discover a cinema that they are not used to seeing and developing their critical thinking skills in the face of the major challenges of our time. After a month of introduction to documentary, 8 films are screened, at the end of which a discussion is held with the young people.

- From 6pm to 9pm, a master class on the place of SDGs in documentary cinema will be co-organised. with the UNPA for young people on the film "Plastic China" by Jiuliang Wang. The film, which received the Silver Objective at the 2017 Millennium Festival addresses sustainable development themes, climate change and socio-economic inequalities.
