Synopsis: 

In a country in which the health system is increasingly dysfunctional, a pharmacist, a traumatologist, a social activist and two cancer patients are trying to survive. Since 2016, 2 million Venezuelans have left their country, including 16,000 doctors. How can one cope with this unprecedented political crisis when even hospitals in neighbouring countries are starting to close their doors to Venezuelans? or endure? Lose all hope or keep faith?
