Synopsis:

Angelika is a young girl who lives in an orphanage for reasons that will never be clearly defined, even though we can assume that they are terrible. For a 7-year-old girl, she has probably seen too many things in her life. However, without any complaints, determined and brave, she moves forward. Between the shelter where she lives and the kennel where her family dog is kept, she walks with her head held high yet heavy-hearted.

Bio Director:

Léopold Legrand is a 24-year-old French student. Before attenting the Institut National Supérieur des Arts du Spectacle in 2013, he studied literature for two years (Hypokhagne and Khagne) in Paris. Then, he left for the United States where he joined the Tish School of the Arts at New York University. There, he studied editing, writing and dramatisation for a year. Back in Europe, he went to INSAS in Brussels, and directed his first documentary film, Angelika.
