Closing Ceremony

The 2017 edition of the Millenium Festival closed on a high note after 10 days of festivities.
Every day since the 9th edition of the Millenium Festival came to an end, we've been receiving notes of thanks. These messages are very heart-warming!
This year, the Millenium Festival has rewarded films that were made with a very small budget.
After a week of discoveries, exchanges and festivities the Festival is ending. The jurys deliberated and here are the winning movies!

On Saturday 1st April, the great closing ceremony will take place at Cinema Galeries at 7:30pm. After more than 7 days of meetings, screenings and discussions, come celebrate with us the closing ceremony!

 

You will finally know the great winners of the 2017 edition, the documentaries which are the most beautiful, surprising and emotional which have drawn your attention at the most!

 

For the films of the International Competition, the International Jury will award the following prizes:

  • Objectif d'Or - The grand prize of the Festival
  • Objectif d'Argent - The best film on sustainable development
  • Objectif de Bronze - The best film for Human Rights
  • Special Jury Award - The most original and innovative film

The Audience Jury will present the Audience Award.

The RTBF will present the La Trois Award.

For the "Belgian Cinema" Competition, the "Belgian Cinema" Award will be presented by the Belgian Jury.

For the "Young Vision" Competition, the "Young Vision" Award will be presented by the Young Jury.

For the "World's Workers" Competition, the "World's Workers" Award will be presented by the CSC Jury.
